🦀 Crab Tongs and Dance™ by Molly during Jacob's Un 🦀 Crab Tongs and Dance™ by Molly during Jacob's Undine Sonata (a surprisingly poetic water connection). This was such a fun moment in our Mock Jury Madness this week!

Powerful playing, Jacob!! We were holding in tears of laughter in the audience, but Molly's tongs were no match for your focus! 🤣

Yesterday's Mock Jury Madness may have been our fu Yesterday's Mock Jury Madness may have been our funniest yet!

The week before juries, we practice performing and give feedback while someone tries to distract the player. The rules are that we cannot touch the player or startle them in any way, but that leaves plenty of room for silly and creative distractions!

We performed in the lounge, where there were lots of inspiring materials to work with! Some of the most memorable moments included:

🌊 Melanie in the "splash zone" from Nakita's percussive air sounds in Crosswalk by Nicole Chamberlain
🕺 Jacob's jaunty trot as Jaydis performed Chaminade
🦀 Crab Tongs and Dance™ by Molly during Jacob's Undine Sonata (a surprisingly poetic water connection)
😴 Jordyn's graceful, ASMR-worthy crinkles
💪 Teagan's unwavering focus during Nakita's stand shenanigans
🦆 A tiny 1/2 inch duck that broke Anna Joy
🏋️‍♀️ Jaydis doing core exercises during Telemann
🌬 Jacob's Scooby Doo ear socks blowing in the fan breeze was almost as beautiful as his Poulenc sonata

Good luck in your juries on Thursday, Red Wolves!! Now you know nothing can distract you from playing your best!
